Friday Quick Picture: Tofu

Despite the argument against soy, we eat tofu at least once a week in my house.

Awesome benefits:

Great source of protein

Low fat replacement for meat

Rich in B-vitamins and calcium

Helps lower bad cholesterol 

Accessible and inexpensive
