Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1 small container of coconut (or other vegan) yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup store-bought granola


Cut the banana into slices and place at the bottom of a bowl.

Spread peanut butter on top of bananas.

Add yogurt and top with granola.
