Being a vegan can get pretty lonely sometimes. That's why I think it's very
important to have at least one "real life" vegan food to vent, laugh and eat with.
It was so fun catching up and eating lots of yummy vegan food with my friend, Michelle a couple of weeks ago.
Michelle and I ate at Woodland Vegan Bistro and went in on the brunch menu.
Since she doesn't live near Woodlands, we ordered most of the brunch menu and spent about 4 hours eating, chatting and eating some more.
Biscuits, waffles, vegan sausage, apples, pancakes, tofu scramble, potatoes, French toast, grits, biscuits, and macaroni & cheese.
Michelle's Instagram picture did our food more justice.
Afterwards, we hung out at the juice bar and sipped on apple, carrots, pineapple & ginger.
