One of the ladies I follow on Instagram mentioned that she's doing a bananas detox for a few days. Even though I have no interest in doing that myself, I liked the idea of a making the simplest smoothie ever.
All you need is 2-3 overripe bananas (you want a lot of brown spots), a little water and about 8 cubes of ice.
Breakfast is served!
This smoothie is so refreshing, filling and super sweet.
Let me know if you try it. I'm going to experiment with adding chia gel to mine. :-)
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2-3 ripe bananas, a lot of brown spots and peeled
- 1/4 cup water
- 8-10 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
